Andy Freiburger

Andy Freiburger is a dedicated leader with a passion for both hard work and people. He grew up watching his late father run his own general contracting business, and has continued the legacy with his work at JRF. A Northwood University graduate, Andy’s career in general contracting officially began after selling his trucking company and completing an excavating program in North Florida. He shifted from excavating to construction and soon returned home to Indiana, where he joined JRF in 2002.

At JRF, Andy thrives in the field, where his hands-on approach and open-door leadership set the tone for collaboration and problem-solving. He actively supports employees, knowing the importance of an intentional work environment. Andy’s favorite part of his role is being on the job sites, connecting with the crew and subcontractors, and ensuring every project is done the best it can be. 

Outside of work, he enjoys time in the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. The youngest of nine and with four kids himself, you can often find him spending quality time with his family.
